Carlton Brewhouse
The Carlton Brewhouse is set in the heart of Australia's largest brewery and boasts a unique function venue for events and conferences, rich in history and tradition. Situated on the city fringe, just minutes from the CBD with ample parking and close to public transport, this venue really does have it all.
Take a tour behind the scenes and gain exclusive insight into the world famous beer brands and be amazed at the speed of the bottling line filling some of the 1.1 billion stubbies produced each year!
On completion of you tour head back to the Carlton Brewhouse bar and function rooms to discover the tastes of four of the finest beers. Opt for a beer pulling competition to further create an atmosphere with your guests.
November and December see the erection of a whole new function space at the rear of the buidling with two beautiful summit marquees and deck area to further expand the capacity of the venue. Used individually or as part of the venue as a whole (catering for over 700 pax!), the deck is a wonderful outdoor addition to this magnificent venue.
